Slovakia RAD-140 Testolone belongs to a group of compounds called SARMs (selective androgen receptor modulators). These compounds bind to the androgen receptor, which is the primary action of testosterone. The effects of SARMs are often studied in comparison with anabolic androgenic steroids, with research highlighting their anabolic activity, high affinity for skeletal muscle, and potential to promote muscle growth and muscle strength.
RAD-140 was originally developed by Radius Health to protect against muscle and bone density loss caused by conditions such as cancer and osteoporosis. With RAD-140 being a SARM, it binds to specific ARs (androgen receptors) in the body, particularly in skeletal and muscle tissues. Another advantage is that, according to its proposed mechanism, it does not bind to receptors in the seminal vesicles or prostate gland, nor convert to DHT.

More research is required to confirm these findings.
Research and anecdotal reports suggest potential risks when investigating RAD-140. Side effects may include suppression of testosterone levels, changes in lipid balance, mood alterations, and liver injury. Studies highlight the importance of avoiding misuse, since SARMs have been linked to cardiovascular disease, hormonal suppression, and long-term adverse effects.
